Refunds or Exchanges
For customers who have scheduled their merchandise for delivery, EMS will only offer refunds or exchange items if they are defective, damaged in transit, or if the incorrect item was sent. If you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective item, call EMS at (888) EMS-4YOU.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 – 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve followed these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact EMS at (888) EMS-4YOU.
Shipping & Restocking Fee
If you file a chargeback on your purchase, you must call EMS to make arrangements to return the item within 5 calendar days. 75% of the sale price will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping & restocking for chargeback items. If the item is not received within 10 days of the filed chargeback, an additional 18% daily interest fee of the total purchase amount will be implemented in addition to the restocking fee. If the item is not received within 30 days, EMS will deem the product as stolen and will pursue and prosecute the client criminally for theft.
If you refuse acceptance of product and have the casket sent back to us without calling EMS to provide notification of the cancellation, 75% of the sale price will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping & restocking.
